Golden Gate – was the main gate in the 11th-century fortifications of Kiev, the capital of Kievan Rus`. It was named imitating the Golden Gate of Constantinople.
Hedgehog Monument – Hedgehog in the Fog is a really famous Soviet cartoon. Since January 2009 there is a sculpture of the main character in the city center.

St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery – Ukrainian Baroque cathedral. The original cathedral was demolished by the Soviet authorities in the 1930s, but was reconstructed in 1999 following Ukrainian independence in 1991.

The Motherland Monument – the stainless steel statue stands 62 m (203 ft) tall upon the museum building with the overall structure measuring 102 m (335 ft) and weighing 560 tons.
